The approval was granted with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> 2. <br /> 3. <br />. 4; <br />5. <br /> 6. <br /> 7. <br /> <br />A trail easement being provided on the westem portion of the property in conjunction <br />with the final platting of the property. <br />The installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of "Cummings Park Drive" and <br />Lexington Avenue at Guidant's expense. <br />Reconslructing "Cummings Park Drive" at Guidant's expense in accordance with plans <br />and specifications approved by the City Engineer. <br />Execution of a developmeht agreement for developer installed public improvements. <br />Provision of an access easement to Xcel Energy. <br />Compliance with applicable provisions of the City Code and related ordinances. <br />Satisfaction of the park dedication requirement as approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Final Plat Review <br /> <br />Final plat approval allows the Planning Colt1mission and City Council a final opportunity to <br />review a plat to ensure that it is consistent with any requirements/conditions associated with the <br />preliminary plat approval. The following highlights compliance relative to the approval of the <br />preliminary plat: <br /> <br />I. A trail easement being provided on the western portion of the property in conjunction <br />with the final platting of the property. <br /> <br />A trail easement has been provided.
