The <br />Development Agreement will be considered for approval by the City Council in <br />conjunction with the final plat. <br /> <br />Changes from the Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />One variation from the preliminary plat is that the Final Plat contemplates two lots instead of the <br />three lot pattern. Lots I and 2 from the Preliminary Platha'le beea eembined to form Lot I. Lot <br />3 from the Preliminary Plat has remained relatively unchanged with the exception of the lot now <br />being described as Lot 2. The following table highlights the changes to the lot area. <br /> <br />1. Minimum Lot Area. The Zoning Ordinance in Section V, F, 2, states that the minimum <br />lot area for lots in the I-I Limited Industrial Zoning District shall be at least 30,000 <br />square feet. Both lots on the Final Plat are significantly larger than the required 30,000 <br />square feet.
