In the first year <br />of employment, employees are traditionally evaluated at six months and one year. Thereafter, <br />employees are formally evaluated annually. Assuming that the evaluation is satisfactory, a step <br />increase is provided. Given my current accountability directly to the Council, I am requesting a <br />step increase from start to step 1 (our current range is from start to step 6).
