<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 30, 2003 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following changes: June 9, 2003 City <br />Council Meeting Minutes, Page 4, third paragraph from the bottom, last sentence <br />should read: "She asked how many feet further the road would be from Mr. <br />Woodburn's driveway." <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to approve the June 9, 2003 City Council <br />Meeting Minutes and June 23, 2003 Council Work Session as <br />amended. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />B. Appointment of Virginia (Ginny) Ferguson to the Newsletter Committee <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to <br />authorize execution of all necessary documents contained <br />therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRlES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />Stephanie Johnson, 4580 Lisa Lane, stated she had spoken with Mr. Moore <br />regarding flooding in the park at Arden Manor. She expressed concern regarding <br />health and safety in the area. She noted her shed was a foot under water last week <br />due to the flooding and stated this flooding was destroying her property and <br />causing damage. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore replied he had spoken to the manager of Arden Manor and it was in . <br />his (Mr. Moore's) opinion that this was association property, but the manager <br />would not acknowledge this. He stated there had always been a wet, boggy area <br />between the park and where the homes began. He stated he would look in the <br />
