PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />A. GUIDANT - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />i. Vacation of Fernwood Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Rellegers stated the applicant was requesting the vacation of easements and a <br />conveyance of Title of Fernwood Avenue. He indicated staff recommended <br />adoption of the resolutions, with the conditions as noted in staffs June 30, 2003 <br />report. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski opened the Public Hearing at 7:25 p.m. Hearing none, <br />she closed the Public Hearing at 7:26 p.m. <br /> <br />Council member Rem clarified this was something that had been discussed for a <br />year and a half and was a part of the original Guidant plan. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 03-41, vacating the <br />City of Arden Hills' Interest in Road and Utility Easements <br />within Fernwood Avenue subject to the conditions noted in <br />staffs June 30, 2003 report. The motion carried unanimously <br />(4-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 03-42, authorizing <br />the Mayor to execute a Deed of Conveyance for Fernwood <br />Avenue subject to the conditions as noted in staffs June 30, <br />2003 report. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />
