. ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES JULY 14,2003 15 . August 5, 2003 at 9:30 p.m. for no additional charge. She asked if they had received any correspondence from the Post Office regarding the TCAAP property. Mayor Aplikowski replied she had received a letter today regarding scheduling another meeting with the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce who would be facilitating the meeting with the Post Office and others. Council agreed to another meeting. Councilmember Rem None. Councilmember Grant Councilmember Grant stated they had received a letter regarding the New Brighton Police Department and asked Council if they wanted to discuss this tonight, or at a Work Session. Council directed staff to explore the concept further. . Mr. Parrish replied staff would obtain additional information and present this at an August or September Council Work Session. Mavor Aplikowski Mayor Aplikowski asked if staff had any further information regarding the Arden Manor situation that was brought forward by a resident at the last meeting. Mr. Moore replied he had not had any positive communication from the manager and he intended to have a meeting with the manager. He noted the manager wanted to deal with this internally. He stated the ownership seemed very offended that the City had gotten involved in this. He noted there was no threat of damage to the City Park. Mayor Aplikowski replied she believed they should back away from this. Mr. Moore stated he would like to still attempt to set up a meeting with the management. . Mr. Parrish noted it was not just an operations and maintenance issue with the flooding, but it was also a public safety issue and they wanted to meet with the management to make things better in the area.
