<br />. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-52 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING NEW USE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is evaluating publicly owned property in Arden <br />Hills, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has a Use Deed for Park pmposes on the <br />following properties, and as noted in Attachment "A": <br /> <br />Parcel ID (PIN) Numbers: <br /> <br />. and, <br /> <br />34-30-23-44-0038 <br />34-30-23-44-0039 <br />34-30-23-44-0040 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has determined that the property is not being used <br />consistent with the Use Deed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has described the new use of the <br />aforementioned properties for drainage pmposes. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED, that the City Council for the City of <br />Arden Hills hereby approves the new use of tax forfeited land parcels identified as 34-30- <br />23-44-0038, 39 and 40 for drainage pmposes. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 28th day of July, 2003. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Aaron Parrish, Interim City Administrator <br />
