The plans contemplated a parking ramp with a stair and elevator tower of 5 <br />levels with the lowest level being below grade and four levels above grade. The site coverage <br />was 52,635 square feet and the ramp provided 615 parking spaces. Subsequent to this approval <br />Guidant submitted a new campus Master Plan PUD which was approved in 2002 (pC #02-25). <br />The Master Plan contemplated several parking ramps including Parking Ramp #1, in <br />approximately the same location as was previously approved, a structure of 4 levels (1 below <br />grade) 40 feet in height, and providing 600 parking spaces.
