Parking - Does not meet requirement (Guidant is proposing proof of parking to meet the requirement), The proposed addition to Building N and the surrounding parking lot would add 40 parking spaces to the campus and the Master Plan PUD, The campus would be left with a net deficit of 302 parking spaces from the parking requirements, Guidant has proposed that that deficit be accommodated by proof of parking, allowing for 806 potential spaces should the need for those spaces become apparent . 6, Height of Buildings - Does not meet requirement (maintains current height), Building N is currently 40 feet tall, 5 feet above the maximum height permitted in the 1-1 Zoning District Guidant has proposed continuing the current roofline of the building for the addition, A variance of 5 feet will be required, Proposed Buildings and Building Additions ~ 7.
