Staff recognized the residents' concerns and believes that <br />through the joint effort of Guidant Corporation, Ramsey County, MnDOT, and the City <br />of Arden Hills, it may be possible reconstruct this intersection sooner than anticipated. It <br />wuuld serve--all parties to expedite the elimination of this traffic problem, MnDOT is <br />currently working on plans for the intersection of 1-694 and Highway 51, project will <br />likely happen in 2010 or later, and it is not know if placing a traffic light at the <br />intersection of Hamline Avenue and County Road F would interfere with these design <br />plans, If a traffic light were to be installed it would need to function properly with any <br />future design that MnDOT / Ramsey County has for the roadway, <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />'In Planning Case #03-25 staff recommends approval of the Planned Unit Development Master <br />Plan (Second) Amendment with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The Applicant shall continue to abide by the conditions of approval as stated in the <br />approved Master Plan PUD. <br />2, The Phasing Schedule shall be amended to reflect the 38,000 square foot addition to <br />Building N in Phase One (2003-2006), . <br /> <br />Ontiults <br /> <br />1.
