<br />. <br /> <br />Therefore, in Planning Case #03-22, the Planning Commission is recommending that the request . <br />for a 36.96-foot front setback variance, a 5-foot side yard accessory setback variance, and a <br />variance for an accessory structure nearer the front lot line than what is the required front <br />setback; be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall file all necessary building permit applications with the Building <br />Official prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall maintain the existing drainage pattern along Lake Johanna Boulevard <br />so that the construction of the garage and driveway do not have a negative impact on <br />drainage in the area. <br /> <br />Outions <br /> <br />1.
