The motion carried unanimously (4-0). Commissioner Ricke moved, seconded by Commissioner Larson, to recommend approval of Planning Case No. 03-26, Ramsey County Public Works, 1425 West Highway 96, Special Use Permit Amendment subject to the eighteen conditions as noted in staffs October 1, 2003 report.
