<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Sile Data <br /> <br /> <br />Public and Institutional <br />Institutional <br />CC Civic Center District <br />35 acres (1,524,600 square feet) <br />Moderate grade to the western part of the property <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The Council approved the Ramsey County Partners Public Works Facility SUP subject to certain <br />conditions at their April 28, 2003 meeting, <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to construct an additional 35,036 square foot addition to the main <br />Ramsey County Partners Public Works Facility and also an 8,855 square foot Sheriff Water <br />Patrol building, <br /> <br />The Sheriffs addition would house approximately 60 employees of which no more than 40 <br />would likely be on site at anyone time (leaving for patrols, etc.). The number of employees on <br />the site would increase to a total of approximately 215. <br /> <br />With the addition of the Sheriffs Patrol Station to the Ramsey County Public Works Facility the <br />following agencies would be included as project partners: <br />· Ramsey County Public Works Department <br />. Ramsey County Sheriffs Patrol Station <br />· The City of Arden Hills Operations and Maintenance Department, <br />. Mowldsview Public School District's Light Maintenance Division, <br />. Ramsey County Soil and Conservation District (headquarters), <br />· Ramsey County Libraries' Maintenance Fleet (3 spaces). <br /> <br />In addition, the applicant is proposing to relocate the Salt/Sand building due to substantial soil <br />correction that would have been necessary in the previously approved location, <br /> <br />Site Plan Review <br /> <br />The following analysis highlights some of the changes proposed in the Special Use Permit <br />Amendment.
