The <br />proposed elevations show a building height of 48 feet at the highest point of the Salt/Sand <br />storage building. As part of Planning Case #03-08, the approved Special Use Permit, the <br />Council approved the 13-foot variance to allow for the height of the Salt/Sand Building.
