Peak <br /> In Out In Out <br />Proposed Development <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Department 300 61 23 13 13 <br /> <br />The same directional trip distribution used in the previous memorandum was assumed for the <br />proposed site-generated trips, The combination of background traffic, trips generated for the <br />proposed developments from the previous memorandum and trips generated for the proposed.; <br />Sheriff's Administration building is shown in Figure 1 for year 2005, for the a,m. and p,m. peak <br />hours, <br /> <br />2005 Build Traffic Operations Analysis <br /> <br />To determine how well the existing roadway system will accommodate the proposed <br />development, a traffic operations analysis was conducted for the a.m, and p,m, peak hours for <br />year 2005, Future operations analysis assumptions from the previous memorandum were <br />assumed for this analysis as well. <br /> <br />Summary and Conclusions <br /> <br />Results from the analysis indicate that the additional trips generated by the Ramsey County <br />Sheriff's Administration building will not have a significant impact on the adjacent roadways, <br />and the level of service results and recommendations will remain as stated in the previous <br />memorandum, <br />
