(S of Edge) 14 16 gravel <br />'These roadways were constructed prior to 1961 <br /> <br /> <br />The neighborhood as a whole is ranked as a <br />high priority for reconstruction based upon <br />the 1999 and 2002 street condition <br />assessments, existing drainage issues, water <br />quality issues, significant sanitary sewer <br />utility issues, pavement standards and safety <br />issues. The streets identified for improvement <br />have pel ratings between 4 and 60 with a <br />weighted average of 36. Existing and <br />proposed street widths are shown on the table <br />above. None of the project streets currently <br />have concrete curb and gutter. Some drainage <br />catch basins exist on Edgewater A venue and <br />Shoreline Lane and deteriorated bituminous <br />curb exists in various places throughout the <br />project area. <br /> <br />Westem end of Edgewater Avenue <br /> <br />2 <br />
