<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 27,2003 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />read: The applicant shall add additional caliper inches of screening <br />trees, including evergreens, to the west wall of the water patrol <br />storage building in an amount approved by the City Planner, and also <br />to allow a change in the Site Plan for the addition and relocation of <br />the Salt/Sand building. <br /> <br />Mr. Thompson requested Council amend Condition Number 4 to read: Applicant <br />shall submit a revised landscaping plan for approval by the City Planner. He <br />noted this would allow them to use the workhouse nursery, which would mean <br />smaller trees, but additional trees being added. <br /> <br />The Council accepted Mr. Thompson's requested change to condition number 4. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />6. COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Approval of Vision and Goals for the Twin Cities Army Ammunitions <br />Property (TCAAP) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish presented a revised draft of the Vision and Goals for Twin Cities <br />Army Ammunitions Property (TCAAP) for Council consideration and approval. <br />He noted this document would be placed on the City's website for public review, <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson suggested some minor changes to the document. <br /> <br />David Hamernick, Minnesota Army National Guard, asked that there be a clear <br />distinction between TCAAP and the Army National Guard property. He stated he <br />did not having any problems with the goals as presented, but he wanted to see two <br />separate definitions for the property. He expressed concern about confusion by <br />the general public regarding what was TCAAP property and what was the Army <br />National Guard property. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish suggested clarifying the definitions portion of the document to <br />include the area currently under the jurisdiction of the National Guard and revise <br />the existing definitions to clarifY the portion of the excess TCAAP property. <br /> <br />. <br />
