ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 27,2003 6 . read: The applicant shall add additional caliper inches of screening trees, including evergreens, to the west wall of the water patrol storage building in an amount approved by the City Planner, and also to allow a change in the Site Plan for the addition and relocation of the Salt/Sand building. Mr. Thompson requested Council amend Condition Number 4 to read: Applicant shall submit a revised landscaping plan for approval by the City Planner. He noted this would allow them to use the workhouse nursery, which would mean smaller trees, but additional trees being added. The Council accepted Mr. Thompson's requested change to condition number 4. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). 6. COMMUNITY SERVICES A. Approval of Vision and Goals for the Twin Cities Army Ammunitions Property (TCAAP) . Mr. Parrish presented a revised draft of the Vision and Goals for Twin Cities Army Ammunitions Property (TCAAP) for Council consideration and approval. He noted this document would be placed on the City's website for public review, Councilmember Larson suggested some minor changes to the document. David Hamernick, Minnesota Army National Guard, asked that there be a clear distinction between TCAAP and the Army National Guard property. He stated he did not having any problems with the goals as presented, but he wanted to see two separate definitions for the property. He expressed concern about confusion by the general public regarding what was TCAAP property and what was the Army National Guard property. Mr. Parrish suggested clarifying the definitions portion of the document to include the area currently under the jurisdiction of the National Guard and revise the existing definitions to clarifY the portion of the excess TCAAP property. .
