<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />A bicycle rack shall be provided in an area that is convenient to the <br />main entryway to the building, <br /> <br />C, Performance Bond, Permitee's required landscaping improvements are <br />estimated to cost $ , Prior to the issuance of building <br />permits, Permitee shall provide Arden Hills with a letter of credit, or a cash <br />deposit in the amount of one hundred twenty five percent (125%) of the <br />estimated cost of the landscaping improvements, The landscaping <br />improvements shall be completed prior to the issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy, If a letter of credit is provided, it shall not expire until one (1) <br />year after the completion date of the landscaping improvements, <br /> <br />D. Government Permits, Prior to the issuance of building permits, Permitee <br />shall obtain all necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District and <br />Ramsey County, <br /> <br />E. Modification of Planned Unit Development Permit.
