<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 10, 2003 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson noted there was a dispute resolution in this document <br />and he was comfortable with the document. <br /> <br />Mr. Filla requested an Exhibit A2 be prepared setting out more specifically the <br />square footage once as-builts are prepared for the facility. <br /> <br />Mr. Thompson noted it was difficult to come up with all of the "what ifs" and <br />they had tried to address as many concerns as possible. He indicated the <br />overriding theory was that they were long-term partners and ifthere were a dispute <br />in the future, the dispute resolution clause would come into effect. <br /> <br />Mr. Filla suggested the following be added to paragraph XII A. 3. after the first <br />sentence "or to another governmental entity subject to approval by Ramsey <br />County, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld". Mr. Thompson <br />stated he believed the County would accept this. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a <br />motion to approve Resolution No. 03-65: Approving a Joint . <br />Agreement for the Financing, Operations and Use of the Ramsey <br />County Public Works/Partners Facility modified as follows: <br /> <br />V. 3. A. amended to refer to "The Mounds View School District <br />Board.. .". <br /> <br />V. 5. Add to the end of the section, "which shall be attached as <br />Exhibit A2 when prepared". <br /> <br />VII. A. 3. Add to the end of the first sentence "or to another <br />governmental entity subject to approval by Ramsey County, which <br />approval shall not be unreasonably withheld". <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />. <br />
