<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION <br />November 17, 2003 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />2.B TCAAP City Proiect Consultants <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish said the City had identified a number of project consultants for the <br />TCAAP development. He reviewed the firms and the services they provide. The <br />consensus was to further evaluate legal services. <br /> <br />2.C TCAAP Vision Statement and Goals <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish brought forth the current draft TCAAP Vision Statement and Goals <br />document with revisions to the definitions. <br /> <br />The Council briefly reviewed the document and made no further revisions. <br /> <br />Administrator Wolfe asked the Council to bring forth any questions/comments for <br />the development team to prepare for the December Work Session. <br /> <br />Scott Richter, Centex asked the Council ifthey intended to have some homes that <br />appealed to first time homeowners. <br /> <br />3.A FINANCE: 2004 Bud!!et Update and Discussion <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish noted the revisions to the 2004 proposed budget, which occurred since <br />the previous viewing in July, 2003. <br /> <br />The Council discussed several line items including document imaging, city hall <br />computer replacement schedule, Pavement Management Program through 2008, <br />vehicle for building inspections, lift station repair/upgrade, Perry Park field and <br />building improvements, and funding for Northwest Family Services out of the <br />2004 budget rather than the charitable gambling revenues. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish distributed a synopsis of 2004 memberships/subscriptions and a <br />November 12,2003 Ramsey County Truth in Taxation notice packet. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the I-35W Corridor Coalition membership for 2004, and <br />decided to discuss it further at a subsequent meeting. <br /> <br />. <br />
