Subregional Growth Study Implementation Strategies Overview At the December sth, 2003 Council Meeting, Council directed staff to come back with some additional information regarding the 1-35W Corridor Coalition, To help the Council make a better assessment of the membership, staff has included the following information for the Council's review: 1. The Most Recent Housing Resource Center Monthly Report - Since we have been a member, the HRC has had liS contacts with Arden Hills residents 2. Select Information from the I-35W Corridor Coalition Website - This provides a basic introduction to the Coalition as well as the Coalition's vision and core values. 3. 1-35W Corridor Coalition Work Plan - This outlines the Coalitions Work Plan for the next few years. Given the decreased funding for the organization, particularly outside grants, the second page of the Work Plan outlines specific elements of the Work Plan that will be implemented with different funding scenarios. 4. Community Development Directors Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Assessment - Earlier in the year the Community Development Committee went through a process to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the I-35W Corridor Coalition both as an organization and sub-region.
