<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION <br />JANUARY 20, 2004 2 <br /> <br />Protection Plan, Theft from Automobile Education Program, Community Education, . <br />Explorers, Triad and Chaplaincy Corps, Civil Defense Corps and the Traffic Program. <br /> <br />Sheriff J<'letcher closed by noting the new Ramsey County Patrol Station, located in <br />Arden Hills would be operational in December of 2004, further explaining the increased <br />response time as a result. <br /> <br />2.B TCAAP <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish said the TCAAP Development Team was at the meeting to present several <br />development examples of Twin Cities Metropolitan multi-use projects; environmental <br />update for the TCAAP site; and, discussion of the TCAAP Vision Statement and Goals. <br /> <br />Colin Barr, Ryan Companies presented several multi-use commercial and residential <br />developments Ryan Companies had initiatcd in the Twin City Metro area. <br /> <br />Matt Anfang, Centex stated he did not have specific examples of TCAAP site specific <br />development to present at this time. However, he offered to show the Council Centex <br />metro area projects at any time. <br /> <br />John Hink, Rehbein Companies explained all of the components concerned with <br />particular contamination on the TCAAP site were rolled into a risk assessment baseline, . <br />stating the information would then be used as a tool in the land planning process. <br /> <br />Dave Hammernick, United States Army National Guard introduced Staff Sergeant <br />Sara Partlow. <br /> <br />Sara Partlow, Training Coordinator for Arden Hills Army Training Site (A HATS) <br />stated her primary function is that she is the responsible authority for who enters and <br />leaves the TCAAP site. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish requested thc Council review the most recent version of the TCAAP Vision <br />Statement and Goals. <br /> <br />Thc Council reviewed the two versions of the document and made several additional <br />amendments. The consensus of the Council was direct Staff to bring the revised version <br />to the January 26, 2004 Council meeting, consent agenda. <br /> <br />2.C Gatewav Sil!nal!e <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers responded to Council's request to providc additional gateway signage <br />information by presenting several pictures of different styles of monument signs taken <br />from surrounding communities. <br /> <br />. <br />
