<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 The easement rights granted hereby do not convey access or use rights to <br />the public at large. <br /> <br />5 It is anticipated that the City maintenance staff will periodically inspect the <br />boulder weir and outlet pipes in the storm water drainage basin, and will remove silt <br />deposits from the storm water drainage basin as such deposits accumulate. The silt <br />deposits will be removed by a truck or other vehicle parked on Ingerson Court and <br />Fernwood Street with an extended "vacuum" hose; or by a long arm type of backhoe <br />commonly used for the removal of such silt deposits. <br /> <br />6 If the City disturbs or damages the Easement Area or any of the public or <br />private improvements located therein as part of its maintenance, operation, inspection <br />and/or repair activities, the City will restore the Easement Area and such improvements <br />to their condition prior to the City's activities at the sole expense of the City. <br /> <br />7.
