The
City Council has been very vocal in stating a desire to partner with the school district and the
neighboring communities to address potential problems. This discussion is designed to help the
Council focus on some potential responses.

DISCUSSION

.

In order to facilitate the discussion, I started a "brainstorm" list of potential actions the City
Council could take. In addition, Councilmember Larson also compiled a list of potential
responses. All are attached for discussion.

REQUESTED ACTION

The City Council can discuss possible responses, and choose among many different options:

1. Request additional information and continue discussion.
2. Select no responses at this time.
3. Select one response at this time.
4. Select multiple responses at this time.

Attachments:
A. Human Rights Options
B.
