A bicycle rack shall be provided as indicated on the <br />approved site and building plans. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Underqround Electrical Power Easement. The Permitee shall provide <br />an underground electrical power easement which is attached as <br />Exhibit G. The underground electrical power easement shall be <br />recorded prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />B. Modification of Planned Unit Development Permit. Any amendments or <br />modifications to this Planned Unit Development Permit/Development <br />Agreement shall be processed as required pursuant to the Arden Hills' <br />development regulations. <br /> <br />C. Sindina Upon Successors and Assians. This Agreement shall be binding <br />upon Permitee, its successors and assigns. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Effective Date/Rescission of Prior Permits. Prior to the issuance of any <br />building or development permits, Permitee shall provide Arden Hills with proof <br />that it has recorded its fee title to the MSP Property.
