The <br />dormitory would be similar to Heritage Hall; however the design will not include the light- <br />colored horizontal bands. The building would be constructed of concrete block walls with pre- <br />cast concrete flooring and roof. The exterior of the building is predominarttly brick, of a similar <br />color to Heritage Hall. All floors would be serviced by a centrally-located elevator. <br /> <br />The dormitory would be a suite style dormitory with the 288 beds housed in 48 6-bed suites. <br />The suites would include a common living room, toilet room, two showers, a storage area, and <br />three bedrooms (each bedroom would have two beds). In addition, each suite would include a <br />small area with a kitchen sink, counter, and cabinets. The bathroom and kitchen space would <br />have hard flooring; the remainder of the suite would be carpeted.
