Site coverage of buildings, drives, parking, <br />walks and.other surfaced areas shall not exceed <br />twenty-five percent (25%) of the buildable (non- <br />water) area of the campus. College related nonresidential development on <br />land which is not contiguous to the Bethel <br />College site shall'be prohibited. Apartments - 1_5 spaces per dwelling. unit. <br /> <br />b. Dormitories - .3 spaces per bed. <br /> <br />c. Non-resident" student parking - .5 space per <br />off-campus student Or .3 space per seat of <br />largest assembly facility, whichever is <br />greater. <br /> <br />d. Faculty and staff - .75 space per member. <br /> <br />e. Athletic facilities - .3 space per seat. <br /> <br />f. Space~shall be reserved and a site (or sites) <br />prepared for overflow parkin9. Such area <br />need not be surfaced". <br /> <br />10. Future structures shall be constructed. of materials <br />compatible with the character of the existing <br />academic complex. <br /> <br />11. A minimum of fifteen percent (15%) of the buildable <br />land area of the site shall be devoted to outdoor <br />open spa~e for programmed physical educational and <br />recreational uses. <br /> <br />12.
