Faculty and staff - .75 space per member. <br /> <br />e. Athletic facilities - .3 space per seat. <br /> <br />f. Space~shall be reserved and a site (or sites) <br />prepared for overflow parkin9. Such area <br />need not be surfaced". <br /> <br />10. Future structures shall be constructed. of materials <br />compatible with the character of the existing <br />academic complex. <br /> <br />11. A minimum of fifteen percent (15%) of the buildable <br />land area of the site shall be devoted to outdoor <br />open spa~e for programmed physical educational and <br />recreational uses. <br /> <br />12.
