Moore ~~ ~, ~ <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Background Information Pertaining to Resolution No. 04-29 <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />In the fall of2003, Operations and Maintenance staff installed a "Local Traffic Only" sign on the .- <br />west side of North Snelling Avenue, 25 feet south of the North Heights Lutheran Church .., <br />entrance. The purpose of this sign was to help reduce the flow of traffic on North Snelling <br />Avenue after events/services held at North Heights Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has notified City staff that they can/will not enforce this <br />signage until the City Council approves its placement/installation. <br /> <br />e <br />
