<br />- <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HlLLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-29 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGN LOCATION ON NORTH SNELLING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves the placement of regulatory traffic <br />signage along City streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a "Local Traffic Only" sigu has been installed on the west side of <br />North Snelling Avenue in the City's right-of-way; 25 feet south of the North Heights <br />Lutheran Church entrance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves of <br />the placement of the "Local Traffic Only" sign on the west side of North Snelling <br />Avenue, in the City's right of way, 25 feet south of the North Heights Lutheran Church <br />entrance as generally outlined on Exhibit A. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 29th day of March, 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor Beverly Aplikowski <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator <br />
