e e e ~ ~~HILLS EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAM The City Council of Arden Hills encourages and supports recognizing employees who make significant contributions to the City_ At its September 1994 meeting, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 94-47, establishing an Employee Recognition Committee (ERC). It shall be the policy of the City to recognize all employees in the following manner: Years of Service . j3eginning the fifth yeargfernployment, employees_",illbe recognize_deveryfive (5) years by receiving a gift certificate from the vendor of their choice in the amount equal to $10 for each year of service, Gift cc!!j,ficates \~'ill be 5ft\"j~~ fret:.., Employees will also receive a letter from the City Administrator and their Department Director or Supervisor acknowledging their years of service. A copy of this letter shall be inserted into the City Council non-agenda packet and the employee's personnel file_ Exceptional Performance . Communication received from residents Of other individuals recognizing an employee for their superior performance or service shall be copied to the City Council in the non-agenda packet, Employee Newsletter, and the employee's personnel file.
