Inc. dba Proven Force <br />Special Use Permit <br />3785 Lexington Avenue North <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Part 1: The applicant is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow a retail use with a <br />"motorized vehicle service" use at 3785 Lexington Avenue, in the B-3 Service Business <br />District. <br /> <br />Part 2: Authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the attached Special Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Update <br /> <br />April 7. 2004 Plauning Commission Meeting <br /> <br />While mceting minutes from the April 7, 2004 Planning Commission were not yet available at <br />the time of this report, the following were items of discussion at the Planning Commission <br />meeting: <br /> <br />Planning Commissioners: Reason for relocation from Little Canada to Arden Hills? <br />Applicant: Property owner of Little Canada location needs the building where Proven <br />Force is currently located for the property owner's own business and has asked Proven <br />Force to find a new location. <br /> <br />Plauning Commissioners: Would most of the parts that are sold be stored at this facility <br />or would they be stored at a warehouse in another location? <br />Applicant: The most common parts would be stocked at the proposed location so that <br />they could easily be provided to customers.
