<br />. Keeps a minute book containing all of the City Council proceedings, <br /> <br />Responsible for preparation, maintenance, filing, and publication of official records, <br />documents, resolutions, ordinances, and policy and procedures manuals. <br /> <br />Administers records retention and management in compliance with state retention and <br />data privacy requirements, ~ <br /> <br />Attends City Council and other meetings, as required. <br /> <br />Coordinates City licensing in accordance with code and state statutes, including records <br />maintenance, application processing, monitoring and revising fee schedule, and <br />administers charitable gambling procedure, <br /> <br />Responsible authority for Data Practices Policy, <br /> <br />Administers, plans, prepares, and' conducts local, state, and national elections in <br />accordance with statutory requirements. <br /> <br />Manages animal control. <br /> <br />Supervises Office Support Specialists and Customer Service Representative I. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Performs other duties as appare~nt qr assigned, <br /> <br />QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential <br />duty satisfactorily.
