The City shall accomplish the following tasks: <br /> <br />a, Participate in negotiations and review and comment on any <br />proposed agreements, <br /> <br />b, Advise the Developer of tht: status of all negotiations with <br />various agencies and parties through regular progress reports. <br /> <br />8, <br /> <br />Environmental Analvsis of the AH Reuse Area, <br /> <br />I. Developer Obliltations. Developer shall accomplish the fOllowing <br />tasks: <br /> <br />a. Coordinate negotiations with state and federal regulators to <br />determine remediation standards which are acceptable to the <br />parties. <br /> <br />b, Ascertain the status of the Army's remediation efforts and <br />coordinate negotiations with the Army for the transfer of <br />remediation responsibility if deemed necessary or appropriate <br />by the parti es, <br /> <br />c. Compile feasibility stOOystudie~ encompassing <br />environmental, demolition, infrastructure, market and open <br />space issues in sufficient detail to Dermit the City to <br />reasonll.ble Droceed in th.e deveJoDment of---1l <br />comorehensive plan and official contr.ob. which will be <br />aDolicable tQ~AH Reuse Area. <br />
