Review and comment on drafts of <br />the City's Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br />Infrastructure Plans as well as the City's economic impact <br />study relative to possible infrastructure financing, <br /> <br />2, City Oblie:ations. The City shall accomplish the following tasks: <br /> <br />a. Plannine: Consultant, City shall prepare an RFQ and retain a <br />pllUUJing consultant who shall prepare a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment and Infrastructure Plan for the TCAAP Site to <br />include the following elements: <br /> <br />. <br />
