<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Memo <br />MVHS Raffle Memo <br />2 <br /> <br />The City has submitted a request to Ramsey County for the criminal background check. <br />The Mustang Club is requesting the City to approve the request to hold a raffle in the City of <br />Arden Hills. With this approval, they will be able to submit an application to the State for a <br />license. <br /> <br />Ms. Pat Chinander is the president of the Mustang Club and she will be present at the meeting to <br />respond to any questions. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Council authorize Mounds View High School Mustang Club to <br />temporarily sell raffle tickets, commencing on July 31, 2004 and terminating before October 31, <br />2004. This approval is subject to a satisfactory criminal background check from Ramsey <br />County. <br />
