Appurtenanees <br /> <br />1. Sidewalks <br /> <br />The City may require sidewalks or trails on or adjacent to selected strcets or in <br />selected subdivisions. <br /> <br />2. Street Lighting <br /> <br />The City has a separate plan that indicates where lights are typically installed. <br />Additional street lights or ornamental lights may be installed at the written <br />request of thc abutting property owncrs. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Trees <br /> <br />Trees and other types of landscaping may be required on selected streets. <br /> <br />4. Seeding/Sod <br /> <br />Boulevard restoration by sccding/sodding may be required to prevent erosion. <br /> <br />5. Existing Street Reconstruction Projects <br /> <br />Projects that reconstruct existing City streets shall be to the mmimum <br />applicable standards for the type of street classification, consistent with the <br />Arden Hills Pavement Management Program (PMP) (as found in the <br />Appendix) <br /> <br />6.
