They <br />arc as follows: <br /> <br />1) Special work session at 5:30 p.m. to discuss a proposed Interim Agreement. Attached <br />is a "talking point memorandum", dated September 13, 2004. The purpose of the <br />memorandum is to break down a proposed Agreement into different functional areas <br />and after discussion, ascertain where the Council has agreement and disagreement <br />with CRR's proposal and to set future direction. <br /> <br />2) The Council will then discuss the Interim Agreement with CRR as part of the <br />"regular" TCAAP work session. <br /> <br />3) John Shardlow will be presenting the plarming efforts to date of the TCAAP Master <br />Advisory Planning Board. <br /> <br />4) John Shardlow will present information regarding a recent discussion with MnDOT <br />representatives regarding Highway lO. In addition, the Council needs to develop a <br />consensus opinion on vaJious transportation issues since the multi-City transportation <br />task force has commenced. Staff assumes Councilmemher's Larson and Grant will <br />discuss the initial meeting. Staff will also have available the previously seen <br />transportation power point if any additional maps or infonnation is requested. <br /> <br />5) A verbal summary will be made regarding the outcome of the September 9, 2004 <br />EP NMPCA meeting and the September 10, 2004 Atmy meeting. <br /> <br />\ \Earth \P J anning\f\.1isc <br />Files\Scott\tcapp \vork session.doc <br />
