<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ardenhills.PW2004-xx.doc <br />Agreement PW2004-09 <br />September 22, 2004 <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Agreement between <br />the County of Ramsey <br />and the City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Ramsey County Account P3167 <br />SAP 62-651-38 <br /> <br />Reconstruction of Lexington Avenue <br />Cummings Park Drive and Highway 96 <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />Exhibit A -- Estimated Cost Participation <br />Summary <br /> <br />TI-IIS AGREEMENT, by and between the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, a municipal <br />corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City," and Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "County"; <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County and the City desire to reconstruct Lexington Avenue between <br />Cummings Park Drive and Highway 96; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this segment of Lexington Avenue has been designated by the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation as eligible for fuuds from the County State Aid Highway Account; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this segment of Lexington Avenue has been designated as State Aid Project <br />62-651-38; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road segment is located within the City of Arden Hills as well as the <br />City of Shoreview; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Project Developmenl Report and Right of Way Plan for S.A.P. 62-651-38 <br />showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross sections, impacts and costs for the improvement <br />of Lexington Avenue, as defined herein have been presented to the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a preliminary estimate of project costs and "Cost Participation Summary" has been <br />prepared as Exhibit A to this agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proj ect includes, in addition to other things, grading, paving, concrele curb and <br />gutters, stonn sewer, bituminous path, turf establishment, and utility adjustments and beltennents; and <br /> <br />PW2004-04- ] <br />
