The Dunlop <br />area is scheduled for a complete reconstruction. In addition water, storm water, and <br />sanitary sewer lines repairs will be necessary. City staff will televise the utility lines to <br />determine what is the extent of the repair work that needs to be done in this area. <br /> <br />I Project Rationale: <br />I The Red Fox/Grey Fox/Dunlop area has not been milled or overlayed since the road was <br />I constructed in 1973. Since 1973, this area has only been seal coated once. Red Fox was <br />: seal coated in 1993 and Dunlop in 1998. Grey Fox has not been seal coated since the <br />I road was constructed. The current PCI rating is in the 60's. This rating was taken in <br />, <br />I 2001. O&M staff has televised the sanitary and storm water system and have found a <br />: large 15 foot pipe that has collapsed in the Grey Fox neighborhood. The storm water <br />. . system is also in poor eondition and needs to be improved. <br />
