This project was approved by the City Council on February 23, 2004. As you stated in <br />your e-mail messages of August 31,2004 and September 1,2004, we have one year from the <br />approval date to make a building permit application for said project. <br /> <br />As I'm sure you can appreciate, planning for such a major project is not an exact science and with <br />business plan changes we are requesting an extension of the permit submitlal date. In order to <br />preserve our options we'd like the extension dale to be one year after the original date, or <br />February 23, 2006. We expect to start construction far ahead of that date. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you have any questions and/or need additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Daniel J.
