It is essential that all concerns be expressed by the development <br />team so the next draft can be developed for review and comment by the Master <br />Advisory Planning Pane1. At the October 5, 2004 development team meeting, CRR <br />expressed concerns regarding the ratio of open space to developable property <br />currently shown on the Framework Plan. To assist in illustrating their concerns, they <br />are in the process of completing a matrix of regional developments that illustrates the <br />aforementioned ratios. This information will be presented at the meeting. <br /> <br />2) Councihnembers Grant and Larson will present the results of the October 5, 2004 <br />Multi-City Transportation Task Force meeting. <br /> <br />3) Michelle Wolfe and Scott Clark will present the status of the Interim Development <br />Agreement discussions. <br /> <br />4) Attached is a draft thank you letter to the Minnesota National Guard for their work in <br />preparing the training exercises.
