Cleaning Company provides cleaner/custodian: Our cleaning company would provide a custodian <br />from 5:30.JO:30 p.m. Monday-Thurday. They would be responsible to open and close building for <br />meetings, supervise participants, set up and take down for meetings, and clean building. <br /> <br />COST: <br />. $750 per month in addition to the current $1,235 cleaning contract ~ 1$1,985 per mont~ <br /> <br />PRO'S: <br />. Combining the cleaning and supervising would be an efficient way of handling evening <br />meetings. We would be able to have set up and take do\Vn for meetings. <br />. We are paying a contracted fee for this service and would not have to pay benefits of any <br />sort. <br />. The cleaning crew would have a set schedule which would eliminate the recruitment of <br />staff. <br /> <br />CON'S: <br />. On nights where there is no meeting, we are still paying a fee to have the building <br />custodian. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
