The MnDOT official quoted in Ihe newspaper was indicating his view that the bridge <br />projecl would score higher if il connecls to a trail system (existing or future). Greg <br />Brown followed up on this with MnDOT, and his report indicates his findings. <br />Essentially, it is possible that the project could score higher if it connects to a trail <br />system, but not a given.
