This as you indicated would be the least expensive and still provide <br />th.ty needed. It would also join the trail access to the south of County Road E on the east side of Hamlin to the ice rink. and <br />Li Park, As long as there are good cross-walks across the access roads on and off to Hamlin from County Road E, I feel <br />th st expensive option would be besl.
