Approximately 20 years ago, used oil was reportedly used for dust
control in unpaved areas on the subject property.

.

Various materials, including road salt, mulch, street sweepings, concrete forms,
and debris such as appliances, tires, and chemical containers, have been stored
outside the building in unpaved areas. Petroleum and chemicals from these
materials may have leached into the soil at the subject property.

.

Demolition debris has been placed on the subject property as fill which may
extend to a depth of over eight feet in depth in some portions. Some of the
material may have been contaminated with asbestos-containing materials,
petroleum or chemicals. The exact locations of fill material placement on the
subject property are not known.

.

The subject property was identified on the leaking underground storage tank
database for removal of a leaking gasoline underground st ge tank.
