As you requested, I have prepared two separate proposals. The . <br />first is to install through wall flashing in the parapet wall above the center roof, about 45 <br />linear feet. The second proposal is to install through waIl flashing around selected areas <br />of the building perimeter that adds up to approximately 2 I 0 linear feet. <br /> <br />The flashing components would be installed in the same manner as the work we recently <br />completed around a portion of the chimney. Our proposal does not include heating and <br />covering the work area(s), but this could be added, especially if you want the area above <br />the roofline to be completed right away regardless of the weather. The additional cost for <br />the heat and cover at the roof area would depend on the amount of fuel needed, but I <br />estimate that it would increase the cost of the project by around $ 1,000. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or would like to schedule the work, please give me a call.
