We currently provide snow removal and lawn maintenance <br />services. When originally brought before City Council in 2003, it was for a one-year term <br />(calendar year 2004). The Library is now requesting these services on an on-going basis. <br /> <br />As discussed at the work session, the proposed new agreement is essentially the same as the <br />existing agreement. The primary change is in the duration of the agreement and terms for <br />termination. The Library has agreed to this language, which provides for a two-year agreement. . <br />Either party can terminate at the end of the calendar year with two-months written prior notice. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION <br /> <br />Approve the Lawn Maintenance and Snow Removal Agreement between the City of Arden Hills <br />and Ramsey County Library as proposed (attached). <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />MW <br />\\EarthlAdminICity AdministratorlMemoI2005\1-4-05 Memo to Council RE Library Agreement. doc <br /> <br />. <br />
