FAX (651) 486-2220 Lawn Maintenance and Snow Removal Agreement This agreement is made the 10th day of January, 2005 between the City of Arden Hills and the Ramsey County Library. The City of Arden Hills, at its cost, for the year beginning January 1, 2005, shaH provide lawn care and snow removal services for the Ramsey County Library in Arden Hills, 1941 West County Road E-2, Arden Hills, Mirmesota 55112, according to the same standard as the City provides for itself. The City shall have reasonable access to the library property for such maintenance purposes. Snow removal services shall include plowing of the public and staff parking lots and removal of the snow on the sidewalks leading to the public and staff entrances, before the library in Arden Hills is open to the public (Library schedule follows). Lawn maintenance includes mowing of the lawn on the property. Trimming and ler maintenance will be the responsibility of Library staff. . e Library's schedule is as follows: Monday and Tuesday Wednesday Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday 1:30 - 8:30 p.m. CLOSED 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. CLOSED This agreement shall commence January 1,2005 and shall be in effect through December 31, 2006.
