All of the streets within the project area <br />except for Northwoods Drive are designated as State Aid streets and therefore are eligible for <br />funding with the City's State Aid account as well as being subject to State Aid roadway design <br />standards, Proposed assessments as outlined later in the report are based upon the current unit <br />assessment policy with adjacent commercial properties contributing 70% of the roadway <br />improvement project costs, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />URS 4 <br />
