<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />II <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />, <br />I <br /> <br />2005 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />elevation resulting in common ice/snow and flooding issues which require an inordinate amount <br />of maintenance time from City staff to address, The access geometry to and from northbound TH <br />51 requires very tight turning movements and offers minimal queuing of vehicles entering or <br />exiting the freeway, Runoff from this roadway enters ditches on either side without any water <br />quality treatment. <br /> <br />Red Fox Road and Grey Fox Road each have PCI values in the typical range for complete <br />reconstruction, however both roads meet or exceed standards for width and have concrete curb <br />and gutter and functioning storm sewer collection systems. <br /> <br />Northwoods Drive PCI valuc is approaching the range for typical mill and overlay <br />rehabilitation, This street is the youngest in the project area, includes concrete curb and gutter, <br />storm sewer and meets City standards for width, <br /> <br />Informational Letters have been sent to all property owners in the area and we have spoken to a <br />few individual property owners and plan to continue to maintain dialogue and solicit feedback <br />with property owners as the project design develops. All of the streets within the project area <br />except for Northwoods Drive are designated as State Aid streets and therefore are eligible for <br />funding with the City's State Aid account as well as being subject to State Aid roadway design <br />standards, Proposed assessments as outlined later in the report are based upon the current unit <br />assessment policy with adjacent commercial properties contributing 70% of the roadway <br />improvement project costs, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />URS 4 <br />
