The sidewalk would be 5 feet wide <br />and constructed out of concrete, Pedestrian ramps at intersections would be constructed <br />including the two signalized intersections with Lexington Avenue, The sidewalk would provide <br />area workers with a recreational route as well as improve pedestrian access to some of the <br />businesscs in the area from the Lexington A venue transit and trail system, The estimated project <br />cost for the sidewalk as outlined above is approximately $85,000 and would be included with the <br />assessments resulting in approximately $25,000 in City costs. Additional sidewalk to the west of <br />Dunlap could be considered as well if Council desires, <br /> <br />URS <br /> <br />10 <br />
